Directions for DIY Sharpie Mug

To start, use your alcohol wipe or similar alcohol-based cleaner to wipe off any grease or residue on the mugs. Let dry for 30 seconds.

Now, use your permanent markers to create an original design to dazzle Mom and Dad! If you make a mistake or want to start over, use your alcohol wipe to wipe the slate clean.

When you’re happy with your design, put the mugs in the oven. While the mugs are already in the oven, turn the oven on to 450 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.

After 50 minutes, turn off the oven but keep the mugs in there until the oven fully cools.

Once cooled, remove the mugs and they are ready for gifting!
