Please select your first delivery date from the available days listed on the calendar and the remaining gifts will be delivered during the first week of the following months, depending on the length of the program you choose. Standard delivery charges apply. 

Your credit card will be charged for the first delivery when your order is placed; all subsequent deliveries will be charged to your credit card when the product is prepared for delivery (approximately one week prior to the scheduled delivery).
